Due to the nature of the some of the products we sell sometimes they require support to get up and running and because of this we have a wide range of installation and support videos available either on our Blog pages or on the YouTube channel.

If you are looking for installation advice or guidance and cannot find what you need please contact us at support@dyesub.co.uk and we will do our best to help.

All support requests are tracked by us and fed back to our suppliers to continually improve our service and products to you.

Our priority is to get you up and running again, and so we now offer a A4 Sublimation Loan Printer service if your printer does need to come back to us to be investigated or repaired. We do require a refundable deposit for this service on receipt of the loan printer back in a satisfactory condition.
